Elemental Meditations

With these images, 

I will guide you through a meditation,

And may you experience the elements of nature

That is so sacred 

That can be integrated into our daily living


And to experience immense joy, radiating from your heart.

~ A daily / moment-to-moment practice ~


Chant in your heart:

Earth my body

Water my blood

Air my breath

Fire my spirit


As you feel the element of earth, feel into your bones and muscles, your organic being, the energy flowing from your toes to your head. Tracing your whole body with your hands and feel each inch of your skin, is radiating life.


EARTH MY BODY



Feeling into the element of the water, the liquid fluid flow that enlivens all life on earth. Image that your body's veins has liquified light flowing through it, pumping from your heart to each cell in your body.


WATER MY BLOOD



Then connect to the element of air, the invisible medium that surrounds us, yet we can connected to in every moment. Close your eyes and breathe in through your nose, experience the air coming through your nostrils, and breathe out through your nose, releasing anything that no longer serves you. Feel this cycle of life.


AIR MY BREATH



The fire spirit lives within you, it is with you any where you go. With or without a physical fire, feel th warmth of it coming from the base of your spine, to your womb/belly area, to solar plexis, to your heart, and up to your third eye. You can visualise and see your creative spirit in colours and shapes and visions of the past and future. This spirit will take you through the toughest of times.


FIRE MY SPIRIT



Again, repeat this in your mind:


Earth my body

Water my blood

Air my breath

Fire my spirit


When you're in dire times of need and not sure what else to do, chant these 4 lines with determination and prayer, and the elements will support you.
