A Ritual with the Waters


Water Movement Practice

Surrender yourself to gravity and the waves.


1. Walk towards the waters with reverence, paying respect, to the body of water that you are about to enter.



2. Connect with the sounds and energy of water, waves, wind, sand and gravity



3. Lie down parallel to the water line, experience the effects of gravity on your body



4. Relax your entire body, breath occasionally through your mouth



5. Gently roll towards and into the water



6. Play with your relationship with the edge of the water



7. Allow the water to guide you, trust your body, dance and co-create with the waves



and here it goes!



8. Become the water





9. When the waves subside, what's left?



10. You are reborn!

Keep dancing

Keep being
